1-2 heads Romaine lettuce
1 Bermuda onion, chopped (if desired)
7-8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 can pitted black olives, sliced
Sm. piece Feta cheese, crumbled

Toss together, cover and put in refrigerator.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Pinch tarragon, crushed
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
Pepper to taste
1 scant tbsp. parsley

Mix and shake well. Pour over tossed salad before serving.
