EASY GREEK SALAD 
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head escarole, optional
1 lg. tomato, wedged
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2-3 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 sm. bottle Caesar's dressing
1 sm. can sliced black olives, or "Greek" olives

Wash and dry lettuce. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on large platter or shallow wide bowl. Place tomato, pepper, onion, olives on lettuce. Toss with about 1/4 to 1/2 cup dressing, according to taste. Top with crumbled cheese. Serve immediately. Excellent as an appetizer for "company" or as a main dish with pizza.
