GREEK SALAD II | |
1 head iceberg lettuce 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges 1 lg. onion, sliced into rings 1/2 c. radishes, sliced 1 c. feta, crumbled 12 Greek olives 1 tbsp. capers, drained 6 anchovies, chopped 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1. Combine first 9 ingredients; chill at least 1 hour. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. When ready to serve, toss with salad. Serves 6. |
