TACO SALAD II 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. taco sauce (mild)
1 head lettuce
2 med. tomatoes
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 med. bag Fritos

Brown meat with first three ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Set aside and let cool. In a large bowl add torn lettuce, tomatoes cut up and cheese. Mix with the hamburger mixture. Prepare dressing, mix together 1/2 cup mayo with 1/4 cup taco sauce. Add to salad and toss. Add in bag of Fritos and serve. (If making ahead of time, keep salad dressing and Fritos separate until ready to serve, then mix together. Serves 6 to 8.

NOTE: Taco mix can be used instead of your own ingredients.
