GREEK SALAD (Salata) 
1 head Romaine lettuce
5 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
5 cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
4 med. green peppers, cut into 1/4 inch slices
4 green onions, chopped
10 black olives
1/4 lb. feta cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. fresh dill
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Layer vegetables and olives in a large salad bowl; crumble feta cheese over top. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, dill, oregano, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight fitting lid; cover and shake. Pour over salad just before serving; toss.
