2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. milk

Place flour in pie plate and make a well in the center. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a fork until well blended. Divide and roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Yields 2 crusts.
