2 c. flour 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese 2 sticks butter 1 tsp. vanilla Favorite preserves Cream cheese, butter and vanilla together. Gradually add flour. Work dough about 2-3 minutes. Roll into walnut-size balls. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out balls on well floured surface to 4 inch circles. Place 1 teaspoon of preserves in center, fold over, and seal edges with fork (floured). Slit top with knife 3 times. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
