EASY-MIX MAZOLA PASTRY 
2 c. flour
1 c. Mazola oil
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. ice water

Mix together flour and salt. Combine Mazola and ice water in small bowl. Beat with fork until thickened and creamy. To avoid separating, immediately pour all at once over flour and mix with fork. Divide in half, and roll half at a time between waxed paper. Enough mixture for a two-crust pie.
