BANANA BREAD
Reynolds® Parchment Paper
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon each ground nutmeg and salt
2 medium (1 cup) ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup milk

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt on a sheet of parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl combine bananas, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips; pour into parchment lined-pan.

Banana Bread

I made a double batch of this and botched the recipe... I forgot to double the flour, applesauce, baking powder, additions, and all the seasonings and it still came out amazing. I was worried with failing to double the flour and baking powder but it came out moisture and spongy. A nice healthy mistake. I cut out the milk and the sugar like suggested and instead used applesauce. I did 1/2 cup cranberries, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. Saved my altered recipe. A no brainier and nice choice for healthier bread. Loved it!

This is a very good, simple banana bread recipe. I did not use parchment paper, but sprayed a glass loaf pan with Pam. It came out of the pan beautifully! I used regular chocolate chips and subbed Splenda for the sugar...YUM!

Very easy recipe and extremely delicious. Didn't put in choc chips, but raisins and almond slivers instead. Used Bread & Roll white flour and ww flour, 3 mashed bananas, & almond milk. Texture was perfect. Will make this recipe from now on. Have made several different ones and this one is the KEEPER!! Loved the idea of using the parchment paper for dry ingredients.

Like this recipe. Used gluten free all purpose flour and baking powder. Kids did not know the difference, at least I was able to enjoy it too. Add cranberries, and 3 different nuts and it was excellent.

I make this all the time with bananas left over from the week. So easy. I vary it often, brown sugar instead of white, have added allspice, used applesauce or apple juice instead of sugar, nuts/no nuts, chocolate chips/no chocolate chips... no mater how I vary it, it still comes out as AMAZING as the original recipe. I have some in the oven right now and the house smells wonderful! You can't go wrong with this one!

Yummy! I used brown sugar instead of white, doubled the cinnamon and added allspice. Used 3 mashed bananas and took out the walnuts and choc chips, and replaced them with a sliced up a banana I tossed in at the end. Soooooooo good!!
