MOCK SWISS STEAK 
6 slices bacon
1 1/2 lbs. liver
Flour
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Cut strips into fourths, fry and set aside. Cut into serving size pieces. Dredge with flour and brown lightly on both sides, in the bacon grease. Cut up and saute until wilted. Add the cooked bacon and liver, then rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
