MOCK STEAK 
2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 cans mushroom soup
1 soup can full of milk
1/2 soup can of water

Place ground beef, crumbs, and milk in a blender or food processor; makes real fine, or you can mix in large mixing bowl. Spread mixture onto a cookie sheet evenly, about the thickness of steak. Cover with waxed paper and refrigerate at least 8 hours (overnight preferred). Cut meat into desired portions and brown in oil. Drain on paper towel. Mix soup, milk, and water in casserole dish, large enough to hold sauce and meat. Add meat. Bake for 1 hour in covered dish at 350 degrees.
