MOCK STEAK AND MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, fresh
Almonds or cashews
4 tbsp. butter (your preference)
Soy sauce
1 c. water or broth

Saute sliced mushrooms and butter in butter in an iron skillet or stir-fry in a wok. Pull apart ground beef and saute or stir-fry until slightly browned (stir constantly) over medium heat.

Add nuts and about 1 cup water or broth and soy sauce (instead of salt). Cover and cook over low flame. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over seasoned rice or toast points.
