MUSHROOM - NUT ROAST 
1 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. grated cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1 lg. onion, diced
1/4 c. A-1 Steak Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Blend steak sauce with 1/2 cup water and pour over top and continue to bake for another 30 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

Saute 2 (3 ounce) cans mushrooms (reserve liquid) in 4 tablespoons butter. Add 2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup, juice from mushrooms and 1 cup dairy sour cream. Season to taste. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Serves 4-6.
