LENTIL NUT ROAST 
1 1/2 c. lentils, cooked
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 beaten egg
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 tsp. sage
Onion and salt to taste

Bake in greased pan 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
