S.'S RESTAURANT'S STIR FRIED
CABBAGE
 
2 c. green cabbage, cut up as for slaw
2 c. red cabbage, cut up as for slaw
1 c. carrots, cut up as for slaw
1 chopped onion
4 pieces of bacon, cut in pieces
Salt and pepper
Cayenne pepper

In a skillet fry bacon pieces. Saute onion in bacon grease. When onion is cooked, add cabbage, carrots, seasonings and stir fry until wilted.
