CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF | |
1/4 lb. chipped beef 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. flour 1 c. milk Cover bottom of skillet with water. Break beef into small pieces. Boil. Drain off water. Push beef to side. Add butter, melt. Add flour a little at a time, it will be pasty. Start pouring milk slowly, stirring constantly. It will become creamy. Serve over toast. |
