CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF 
2 c. chipped beef
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 boiled eggs

Cut beef into small pieces. melt butter, blend in flavor, then milk and seasoning. Stir to prevent lumping. Cook 10 minutes. Add beef and cook 5 minutes. Add 2 chopped up, boiled eggs. Serve over toast.
