CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 pkg. beef, as for beef sandwiches

Melt butter; add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk slowly. Cook over double boiler. Add meat that has been chopped. When this has thickened, serve over toast. Serves 4. It also freezes well.
