BEEF BRISKET | |
1 lg. brisket (4-5 lb.) 1 env. onion soup 1 cola (no diet) 1 bottle chili sauce Score brisket. Put brisket, fat side down, in roasting pan. Put above ingredients on meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 3-5 hours, or until fork tender. After baking - trim fat off. Cut against grain. Start at tip end. Gravy - skim fat off. |
