TURKEY GUMBO SOUP 
3 c. turkey or chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped celery
16 oz. chopped tomatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked diced turkey
1/3 c. chopped onion
10 oz. okra, cut
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. uncooked rice

Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables, seasonings, rice and turkey. Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender. Makes six 1-cup servings.
