TOMATO GUMBO SOUP 
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato with rice soup
2 cans (15 oz.) cans whole stewed tomatoes
2 cans (8 oz.) zucchini with tomato sauce
2 zucchini
1 green pepper
Salt
Pepper (approx. 6 generous shakes)

Add together soup with stewed tomatoes and canned zucchini with two cans of water plus liquid from the stewed tomatoes and canned zucchini. Stir under high heat. Add chopped zucchini and green pepper and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 10 people.
