HOMESTYLE CORNBREAD 
1 cup self-rising corn meal
1/2 cup self-rising flour
Pinch of baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 small eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar

Mix everything together (in order for best results). Preheat oven to 400°F. Get skillet very hot. Put 1 to 2 Tbsp. of oil in skillet. Pour in mixture and cook for 20 minutes or until brown.

If you would like butter flavor taste, use Crisco Butter Flavor Oil.
