POTATOES AUGRATIN | |
8 lb. potatoes Salt and pepper to taste 1 stick butter 3 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 1/2 lb. Velveeta (no other kind) Boil potatoes, let cool, skin, slice in round slices, not to thick. Melt butter very slowly, do not brown. Work flour into butter like making gravy. Add milk to above, then add cheese. Place layers of potatoes, lightly salted and peppered as you go. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top. |
