10 to 12 potatoes, cooked and riced or frozen hash browns, thawed (to fill 9 x 13 inch pan)
1 stick butter
1 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. Velveeta

Heat butter, cream, and Velveeta together. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
