AUGRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 c. milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 lb. Southern style frozen hash browns

Melt butter in large pan. Add flour, salt and pepper; gradually add 2 cups milk. Cook until thick. Add cheese. When melted, add hash browns; stir until coated. Pour in pan and dot with butter.
