CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
4 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. Bourbon
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 (9 inch) pie crust
Whipped cream (optional)

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine butter, sugar, syrup, beaten eggs, Bourbon, semi-sweet morsels and pecans. Mix well then pour into unbaked pie crusts, dividing evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
