CHOCOLATE-BANANA CREAM PIE 
Low cholesterol. Makes 8 servings.

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. baking cocoa
2 c. cold skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, sliced
1 Keebler Ready-Crust Chocolate Flavored pie crust
Reduced-calorie whipped topping (optional)
Additional banana slices for garnish (optional)

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and cocoa. Whisk in cold milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil and stir 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Remove to a bowl, cover surface with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until cool, about 1 hour.

Slice bananas into crust. Spoon cooled chocolate mixture over bananas. Cover with plastic wrap; press onto surface. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and banana slices, if desired.
