6 good sized potatoes, boiled
1 finely chopped onion
Lump of butter (size of egg)
1/4 c. sweet milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 yolks of boiled eggs
5 hard boiled eggs
Season to taste with salt & pepper

Boil potatoes. Mash first 6 ingredients together until very smooth. Add salt and pepper. Put in salad bowl, slice 5 hard boiled eggs lengthwise and garnish the salad.
