POTATO SALAD 
6-8 med. clean red potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped radishes, if in season
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise or as desired to prevent dryness
Salt & pepper to taste
4 boiled eggs
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped

Cook potatoes in jackets until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain, peel and cut into cubes. Add all other ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
