"ULTIMATE" POTATO SALAD 
8 lbs. red potatoes
2 doz. eggs
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped celery
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sweet relish
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tsp. dill
Season salt
Pepper

Boil potatoes until just barely done. Allow to cool completely.

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, mustard, dill, salt and pepper to taste while potatoes are cooling.
