GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes
2 lb. bacon
2 lb. onions
Wondra flour
Cider vinegar
Sugar
Garlic salt
Celery seed
Season to taste with salt and pepper

Cook potatoes day before. Put in refrigerator overnight. Cut and fry bacon until crisp. Take out to drain, cook onions in bacon. Grease until tender. Add flour to thicken. Add vinegar and sugar and season to taste. Add half the bacon and potatoes, mix. Put the rest of the bacon on top.
