FRENCH SILK PIE 
40 vanilla wafers, finely crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

To make crust, mix vanilla wafer crumbs, butter and pecans. Press into 9 inch pie pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
