CHOPSTICK TUNA CASSEROLE | |
2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onion, minced 1/4 c. green pepper, diced 2 cans tuna 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. pimento, diced 1/2 lb. cashews 6 oz. chow-mein noodles Saute celery, onion and green pepper in large frying pan with small amount of oil or butter. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the chow-mein noodles. Stir. Add the chow-mein noodles, reserving about 1 cup. Stir and place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees 25 minutes until hot. 10 servings. |
