PARTY CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can tuna fish
1/4 lb. pimento cheese, cut up
Soft bread crumbs

Cook noodles in salted water. Fry pepper in a little butter. Add milk to soup and stir until smooth. Heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Add cooked noodles, pepper, eggs, and tuna. Mix well. Put in greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
