TUNA CASSEROLE-CHINESE STYLE 
5 1/2 oz. can chow mein noodles
2 c. flaked tuna
2 c. (1 lb. can) drained bean sprouts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. (2 oz. jar) chopped pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/3 c. beef broth

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into 13x9 baking pan. Bake uncovered 350, 30 to 35 minutes.
