CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 lg. onion
1 sm. jar pimento
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs (reserve some for top)
1 c. cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Saute onions in butter until limp. Combine all remaining ingredients. Spread cracker crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
