OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1/2 pt. oysters
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 to 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix celery, onion, salt, pepper and chopped egg. Put 1/2 of oysters in buttered baking dish. Add 1/2 of mixed seasonings, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of crumbs. Add remaining oysters. Pour milk over this. Add cheese and cover with remaining crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
