EBBIE'S BAKED ITALIAN OYSTER CASSEROLE | |
2 pints oysters, drained 1/3 cup olive oil 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/3 cup chopped parsley 1 bunch chopped green onions 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup lemon juice Preheat oven 400°F. Place drained oysters on in shallow oblong 2-quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, spread evenly over oysters. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped green onions. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until oysters are done and the topping is browned. Serves: 10 to 12. Submitted by: Elizabeth S.
