BAKED BEANS | |
1 lb. hamburger 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. chili sauce 1/2 c. ketchup 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cider vinegar 28 oz. can pork & beans (don't drain) 15 1/4 oz. can kidney beans (drained) 15 oz. can pinto beans (drained) Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Remove most bacon drippings from skillet and brown beef and onions. Mix rest of ingredients except beans. Stir to blend well, then add beans. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
