SOUR CREAM CHILI BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. diced onion
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. corn chips
1 1/4 c. sour cream

VARIATION:

Use can of pinto beans
1 (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. cheese

Cook hamburger and onion - stir in beans, tomato sauce, seasoning mix, 1/2 cup of Cheddar. Grease pan - sprinkle chips (partially crushed) in bottom of pan and cover with chili. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Spread sour cream over chili - top with Cheddar and bake again 3-4 minutes longer. Delicious!
