STRAWBERRY DELIGHT PIE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (partially thawed, reserve a few for garnishing)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust or 9 inch pie shell

Cut strawberries into thick slices. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add berries to gelatin, stirring constantly until gelatin thickens. QUICKLY fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Chill 1 hour or more. Garnish each slice with a strawberry slice and more Cool Whip or whip cream if desired. Best if served the same day. Serves 6 to 8.
