TENNESSEE 5 FLAVOR POUND CAKE | |
2 sticks butter 1/2 c. shortening 3 c. sugar 5 eggs, well beaten 3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. lemon extract 1 tsp. orange extract 1 tsp. rum extract 1 tsp. butter extract Cream butter, shortening, and sugar; add eggs, well beaten. Mix, then add rest of ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours in bundt or tube pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing. Drizzle 6 flavored glaze over cake: 2 tbsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. lemon extract 1 tsp. orange extract 1 tsp. butter extract 1 tsp. almond extract |
