CROCK POT HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
4 med. sized potatoes
3 stalks celery
1 sm. onion
1 can peas
1 can carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Dice celery. Place celery, peas and carrots in the crock pot. Peel potatoes and slice medium thin. Add these to the celery, peas and carrots. Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Drain and add to other ingredients. Add tomato soup and water. Cook on low heat in the crock pot for 4 to 5 hours. Serves 6 to 7 people.
