1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt cheese and butter in a double boiler. Sift sugar and cocoa, add to cheese and butter. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into 2 oblong pans. Cool and cut.
