VELVEETA FUDGE 
2 sticks butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 lb. powdered sugar
1-2 c. nuts

Melt butter and cheese in microwave on low until melted, depends on oven. Don't over cook. Add cocoa and vanilla. Then powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Add nuts. Put in very lightly greased pan (with Pam). 9 x 13 inch pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
