CHOCOLATE CHEESE FUDGE 
DELICIOUS and makes for a great conversation!

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (1/4 block)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 lb. ea.) boxes confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
12 oz. chopped pecans

Melt butter and Velveeta cheese. Add vanilla. Mix confectioners' sugar, cocoa and pecans in a bowl. Mix together. Stir. Put in a greased 9x9-inch pan and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Cut.

Done in 5 minutes and it is like M&M'S® - melts in your mouth, not in your hands.
