“VERY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE” IS IN:

VERY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
A rich and dreamy dessert that is pure decadence! From Food.com.

CRUST:

1 cup crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix wafer crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

FILLING:

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add flour; beat well.

Add eggs; beat until just mixed.

Stir in vanilla and melted chocolate.

Pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until center is set.

Chill before serving.

NOTE: Try topping with a layer of chocolate mousse or whipped cream! I love the combo of certain fruits with chocolate, and if you do as well, consider adding a fruit topping such as strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, pineapple, or orange. (Preferably freshly made.)
