VELVEETA FUDGE 
1 c. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
Chopped pecans (opt.)

Melt butter and cheese in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Mix in vanilla. Pour over mixture of confectioners' sugar and cocoa in bowl, mix quickly until well blended. Spread in buttered 9"x13" dish. Pat pecans over top. Let stand until set. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
