MICRO VELVEETA FUDGE 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 sticks butter
2 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. cocoa

Using DEFROST CYCLE, melt the cheese and butter. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir all together well. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 pan. Cool. Can be frozen, too!
