7-UP SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
16 oz. bottle 7-Up, chilled
2 c. miniature marshmallows
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained but save juice
2 large bananas, cut into small pieces

Dissolve jello in hot water; cool. Add 7-Up. Pour in 9 x 13 pan. Cool until congealing begins. Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. When congealed, frost with dressing.

Dressing for 7-Up Salad:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. container Cool Whip

Blend sugar and flour. Moisten with pineapple juice; add beaten egg. Cook slowly, stirring to prevent sticking. (Can use microwave.) When thick, add butter and cool. Add Cool Whip, blending thoroughly. Frost salad and refrigerate until serving time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
